Method per Antoinette Bowman
Ingredients:
- 8 medium size Potatoes
- 3 medium size Carrots
- 1-2 medium sized Onions
- 1 leveled tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. Fennel seeds
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ½ cup of Water
Method:
- Peel and slice the Potatoes, Onions and Carrots, (or cut into desired shape).
- In a baking dish spread Potatoes, Onions, and Carrots, then add the Oil, Spices, and water.
- Bake at 350 or 400 degrees till vegetables are done, turning them once or twice.
- Broil to get a toasty colour
