Compiled Recipes I have picked up since childhood at a House-Craft Hospitality School, and at our home in Malta. My Booklet of Recipes . These school recipes were not photographed at the time. I will try to provide photos as I go along.
I picked up some more recipes along the way, while living in Canada, from my In-laws and friends. I managed to photograph most of them, as I prepared them. I needed better insight, through my daughters, with their new technology on photography, so as you search this site you would notice some of my original photos about food and some that they chipped-in through media.
I would like you all to enjoy these recipes just as much as I enjoyed cooking most of them and serving them on my table. Share them with your relatives and friends at family gatherings, at your favorite picnics, bake shows, and other occasions. there is quite a variety of meals, Goodies, and photos of How-to, for the food lover! Let me know if your recipe is similar to ours.
